Cancellation Policy
Belle’s Boutique Hair understands that emergency’s and last minute changes happen and we will always accommodate our clients, however due to the nature of Belle’s Boutique Hair’s one on one service, if you are 15 minutes late we may not be able to fulfil your full appointment service and if you are more than 30 mins late we have the right to reschedule your appointment to another day and time.
As we confirm all our appointment’s 48 hours in advance we do require a minimum 24 hours notice to cancel your appointment or you forfeit your deposit.
Please understand we will always take into consideration each and everyone’s circumstances before we charge you and we appreciate your understanding in this matter.
