Because we run on the one client at a time concept, our appointments are very limited, we charge a deposit (which comes off the total of your bill at check-out) to help reduce last minute cancellations and no-shows. We send out text message reminders 48 hours in advance and if you cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment, we will happily apply your deposit towards your next appointment. If you do wish to have your deposit refunded, please contact us via email to amanda@bellesboutiquehair.com. If an appointment is cancelled with less 24 hours’ notice given, we will keep the deposit.

Convenient Parking can be a little scarce, but you are always welcome to park in our driveway, however, we do ask that you come to the right of the garage and as close to the house as possible. Please try not to park anyone in as it can be difficult moving cars around if the person you have parked in needs to leave and you’re in the middle of your appointment.

There is plenty of parking on the main road from the front of our house right up to the traffic lights. Please make sure you are parked within the white line and not blocking any of our neighbor’s driveway.

Nope, the salon adopts a one client at a time policy, so the only person who will be working on your hair is the stylist you choose to book in with. On the very rare occasion a stylist runs late you may have another equally qualified stylist substituted, with consultation with you.

Sometimes you may not be sure what you want to have done so you can book in for a complimentary in-salon consultation or you can send a photo of your current hair and any inspiration photos to us via Facebook or email amanda@bellesboutiquehair.com and we will be able to help guide you on what you need to book for.

Cancellation/Rescheduling is permitted no later than 24 hours prior to appointment time. After this it will result in losing your deposit.

If you find you are unable to attend your appointment at short notice, please call the salon 07 3205 6379 as soon as possible or send someone in your place who can take the same appointment you have booked.

To ensure the health of our team and our valued clientele we adhere to a strict sickness policy. If you are unwell, please cancel your appointment with 24 hours notice. If you attend your appointment and are visibly unwell, we reserve the right to turn reschedule. We want to avoid the spread of illness within our salon to our staff and guests.

We want all our clients to leave BBH happy and excited about the result of their hair. If you are unhappy or unsure with your hair, please let us know immediately prior to leaving the salon.

On the rare occasion that you are unhappy with your hair after leaving the salon, we offer a one week Return & Resolve Policy. Please make contact with us by calling 32056379 with the details of your concern.

We will then arrange a time for you to return to the salon for a consultation to assess your hair in person. Please do not attend another salon to have any other treatments/colour applied to your hair prior to our team assessing your hair. Once your concerns have been assessed we will offer you the best possible path to resolve your issues.
